I moved into my first apartment, a room in a few weeks, preferably in the Lower North Shore (Evanston / Rogers Park) and I'm not familiar with the utility rates in Chicago. How much can I expect for heat, water, gas and electricity to pay? (And the others?) Assumes that all necessary public services, if (not from your computer or TV all day!)
